Sam & Sons Services does not publish a standing coupon sheet, because the company does not publish prices at all — a discount only means something against a number, and every number comes from an estimator who has seen the job. Seasonal offers and Wells Fargo financing do come up, and both are confirmed by the office when you book. Call (703) 256-8080, say what work you need, and ask what is currently available before the estimator visits.

Why there are no printed coupons on this page

A coupon is a number subtracted from another number. Since this company does not quote prices by telephone and does not publish them online, there is nothing honest to subtract from on a web page.

That is not a technicality. Two jobs that sound identical on the phone routinely are not once an estimator sees the access, the venting, the condition of the surrounding work and whatever the previous installer skipped. A voucher advertised against a job nobody has looked at either gets padded into the price first, or it quietly does not apply to your situation. Neither is worth your time.

How to ask about current offers and coupons

  1. Call the office on (703) 256-8080 during business hours — Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, or Saturday, 9:00am to 12:00pm.
  2. Say which trade the work is in and roughly what is involved, so the office knows what could apply.
  3. Ask directly whether anything seasonal is running, and ask about Wells Fargo financing in the same call if the job is a large one.
  4. Anything available is applied to the written price the estimator gives you at the property — before any work begins, in writing, not as a verbal promise.

If you saw something advertised on Facebook or Instagram, mention it on the call and the office will confirm whether it is still current.

Financing through Wells Fargo

Financing is available through Wells Fargo, subject to their approval and their terms. It matters most on the work that cannot be staged over time — a heating system that has failed mid-winter, an electrical panel that has to be replaced, a bathroom or basement that has to be finished in one run.

The estimator can walk through the financing options at the same visit where the scope and the written price are settled, so you are looking at the whole picture at once rather than in pieces. Ask for it on the booking call so it is ready when he arrives.

What Sam & Sons publishes permanently instead of coupons

These apply on every job, without a coupon code, a deadline or an asterisk:

  • A written price before any work starts, produced by an estimator who has been to the property.
  • One year of warranty on labor. Drain cleaning and drain repair are excluded, and jobs where you supply the materials carry no warranty.
  • Permits pulled and processed in house where the jurisdiction requires them, with the final portion of payment held until the inspection passes.
  • Five trades under one Virginia DPOR class A contractor license, #2705070610 — licensed, bonded and insured, working since 1999.
  • A 24-hour emergency line, answered every day of the year.

Start with the work, not the coupon

The most reliable way to spend less is to have the right trade look at the right problem early, before a slow leak becomes a floor or a struggling system becomes an emergency replacement in January. Start here:

  • Plumbing — water heaters, drains, fixtures, valves and gas piping across Northern Virginia.
  • Heating and cooling — furnaces, air conditioning, heat pumps and ductwork.
  • Electrical — panels, circuits, lighting and EV chargers.
  • Handyman and home repair — doors, drywall, trim, siding, gutters and tile.
  • Remodeling — bathrooms, kitchens, basements and additions.

Then use contact for what to have ready when you call.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer coupons or discounts?

Seasonal offers do come up, and the office will tell you what is running when you call. What you will not find here is a printed voucher against a published price, because prices are never published or quoted by telephone in the first place. Anything currently available is confirmed on the booking call and applied to the written price the estimator produces at the property, so you can see exactly what it applied to.

Can I use an offer on emergency work?

Ask. Emergency and after-hours work is dispatched around the clock across Northern Virginia; it carries an additional emergency fee, stated before anyone is sent out, and what applies to it can differ from routine scheduled work. The honest order of operations in an emergency is to stop the damage first — shut the water or the power off, get a technician moving — and settle the commercial detail when the written price is produced. Nothing is charged before you have that document.

Is there a charge for the estimate visit?

No. An estimator comes to the property, looks at the actual installation and gives you a written price for the work, and that visit is not billed. What we will not do is give you a number over the telephone, because a figure given sight-unseen is either padded to cover the unknowns or it changes once someone opens the job up. You are under no obligation once you have the written price.
